A colourful multimedia show for children, adults and their inner child (ages 4+), in which the performers interact with multimedia sets.
In Sunny Glade there is an unusual school—a school for insects. Here, the strict Dragonfly teaches lessons on the natural world. As the play unfolds, the characters – the Mosquito, the Fly, the Spider and the teacher, the Dragonfly herself – find themselves in situations familiar to anyone who has ever been to school or nursery: some are afraid of looking silly, some of feeling out of place, some worry about their safety, and some are learning to make friends for the first time. This is a heart-warming and tongue-in-cheek play about the relationships between people (and insects), and about how the world around us is far bigger, more beautiful and more interesting than it seems from a school desk.
